A commercial license for The Repository™ requires that the purchaser specify how many concurrent users may be logged in at any one time. The cost is $300 per user for up to 50 users, and $200 per user beyond 50 and up to 100 users. For versions configured to support more than 100 users, contact us for a quote.

To utilize The Repository™ most efficiently in the context of graphics images of text documents you will require the inclusion of a separately sold OCR server program. This adds $800 to the cost of a configuration.

The standard version of The Repository™ comes with 30 days of free upgrade and support. A one (1) year support and upgrade contract is also available at a cost of $100 for the first user, and an additional fee of $45 for each user beyond the first. If you requested the OCR program, support will include an additional $120.

At the end of your first year of support, we can arrange that the contract be automatically extended for an additional year at the support rates then applicable. We would bill you for the amount for the additional year;
