We offer customers the ability to download a free 30-day trial version of TheRepository™. After 30-days the software’s will stop functioning. We are not responsible for lost information you may have put into the program. It is your responsibility to know when the 30-days are up and you will then have to make a decision whether you want to purchase the program on-line or remove it from your server.

There are no returns for programs or the support because we do not have any way of knowing if our software was actually removed from your server. If you are not sure if you want to buy our program or not we recommend you use the 30-day free trial period.

Acceptance of terms
Archive Index Systems Inc. makes this Web site (the "Site"), including all information, documents, communications, files, text, graphics, software, and products available through the Site (collectively, the "Materials") and all services operated by Archive Index Systems and third parties through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), available for your use subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document and any changes to this document that Archive Index Systems may publish from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Use").

By accessing or using this Site in any way, including, without limitation, use of any of the Services, downloading of any Materials, or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Use.

Archive Index Systems reserves the right to change the Terms of Use and other guidelines or rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. You will not be able to download or install any software that is accompanied by or includes a license agreement unless you agree to the terms of such license agreement. If you do not agree to such terms, you will not be able to use the software. Absent a license agreement that accompanies the software, the Terms of Use will govern use of the software. Prohibited communications. You may submit only User Content or Design Content to the Site that is (a) owned by you, (b) submitted with the express permission of the owner or within the scope of the license to such content, or (c) in the public domain. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archive Index Systems will have no liability related to User Content or Design Content arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. By accessing this Site, you and Archive Index Systems agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Washington in King County, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You and Archive Index Systems also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of King County and the United States District Court for Western Washington located in Seattle, with respect to such matters.
